Program Overview
- One-week German language program in Augustfehn, Germany

Fees
- GBP 790 per participant
- GBP 295 accommodation & board

Payment Schedule
- 25% deposit due within 14 days of booking (non-refundable)
- Balance due 1 calendar month before program start
School Responsibilities
- Provide an accurate list of participants 4 weeks before program start
- Share health information (e.g. allergies, dietary needs) in advance
- Ensure all participants have valid health, travel, and accident insurance
- Supervise students outside scheduled program activities
Liability
- GULF GmbH is not liable for accidents, illness, theft, or damage outside scheduled activities
- The School is responsible for ensuring participants are adequately insured
Cancellation Policy
- If the School cancels: Payments already made are non-refundable
- If GULF GmbH cancels: All payments will be refunded in full, including reimbursement of reasonable and documented travel costs to Augustfehn
Governing Law
This program is governed by German law.
