These German A-Level courses are designed for both first and second-year students, with a particular emphasis on preparing for the speaking exam, including the Independent Research Project (IRP) and the speaking cards.
Why my course?
I’m a native German teacher with UK training and years of experience in grammar and independent/ private schools, as well as working as a German Visiting Examiner for Edexcel. I am also fully DBS checked (certificate may be requested), ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
The course is packed with targeted speaking practice and real culture immersion—something that’s often hard to achieve in bigger cities like Berlin.
My language school is situated in a safe village—an ideal contrast to the hustle and bustle of Berlin. While the capital has much to offer, students there often end up speaking English, which limits their immersion. In my school, I actively connect learners with local residents to encourage real-life conversation and a deeper appreciation of German language and culture.

Travel/Transfers
I will personally meet you at Bremen Airport, and we will then travel together to Augustfehn, a friendly village about an hour away. The same arrangement applies for your return journey.
Please note that flights from Stansted to Bremen (Ryanair) and the train ticket from Bremen to Augustfehn (around €15 one way) are not included in the price.
Accommodation
Students will stay in one of our three newly built holiday flats, located adjacent to our house, with full board included.
